Internal Medicine Primary Care

  • Simple, affordable fees

    • New patient enrollment $150 dollar one time fee

    • Ongoing day to day care, to include all routine and walk in appointments with Dr. Kenney, $50/month

    • Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients are billed as per Medicare with usual copays and billings.

  • Expertise in routine physicals and health maintenance

  • Additional training in chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, COPD, anemia,

  • Two hour new patient appointments

    • time to listen and time to explain

  • Hospital consultations at GVMH, WMMC and Bothwell

  • Home visits for those too weak or too ill to come to the clinic

  • Family meetings and help with prognosis and goals of care

What is Internal Medicine?

Internal medicine training focus on adult illness and includes clinical experience in all the internal medicine subspecialties (such as endocrinology, rheumatology, and infectious diseases) and neurology. Internists must also have experience in psychiatry, dermatology, ophthalmology, office gynecology, otorhinolaryngology, non-operative orthopedics, palliative medicine, sleep medicine, geriatrics, and rehabilitation medicine to comprehensively care for adults. Internal medicine training includes outpatient primary care clinic, subspecialty patient clinics and caring for hospitalized patients, including intensive/critical care. As primary care doctors Internists provide expertise and comprehensive care of adults, with in depth knowledge of most health conditions.
